So we're just completely forgetting the HPSC?
We're almost 400 chapters into the manga and nearing the end, and it haunts my waking days to think about the fact that the whole story with the Commission grooming people like Lady Nagant and Hawks (with the implication that this isn't the first or only time they've done it) just... got brushed over. Hawks is apparently optimistic to a fault, enough that he just ignores the fact that his entire hero career is basically carefully crafted state propaganda, and that he was taken as a child for the Commission's less-than-wholesome purposes. Like, that's it? We're just pretending the government organization that runs these high schools and oversees these agencies isn't corrupt anymore?
